A change of thought to change your life

There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying on things you have no control of, so many people worry about things they cannot control using time and energy that could be put into better ways in ones life. Ask your self if you cannot do anything about it why should you give it your power or rent space in your head? Look to the good in life and the good that is around you see the abundance rather than lack. Find ways to distract your thoughts with either music, healthy thinking or even going of ra walk looking to the horizon see the beauty in life free your mind from what dose not serve you. The key to happiness comes from within.
