Thoughts become things

Your emotions are a great way to know what you are feeling and you can just your life or  what is going on once you learn how to control in a healthy way.If you are sad do a fast run down on your self ask your self do you have control of this or are you taking on something that has no bases in your life and you are letting it take over your thoughts and feelings. Emotions are good learn how to embrace them use them in a healthy way to attract more of the good you love to have in life.
