Your life is a reflection of how you think act as well your behaviour, If you are truly satisfied with your life you can always increase your level of happiness, if your life isn’t as you want not having the happiness you deserve you and only you can change your life by changing how you think feel and act in your daily life, always have an Attitude of Gratitude for what you have enjoy what you have and the people in your life and if this can not be done you know you are not a tree with roots firmly in the ground you can mo e on in life and by changing your thoughts to change your life and it will get better if you act on self.
