It is ok not to feel good yet be good to others.

Being strong when weak, chin up chest out proud of self worth going out of your way to help others going that extra mile to ensure others are content and happy no matter what you are going through never hurt ones who care for you by attacking them or there character or the job they have. For being a burden on society your loved ones is not just to self or them for one day there will be no more doors open to you. Change how you act to others be the person you want in your life change your thoughts to change your life to the better loving self and your world. Living each day s the gift it is with that Attitude of Gratitude for life.
