Just be happy as you are.

We may not have the health we want or need we may not have a safe place to live yet if we cherish what we have then in fact we have the best. We may not have a car to get around with or even to our job depending on other transportation yet again it is the best that is available to us yet we should cherish this in our lives. As too in our relationship we may love who we are with and in most cases their too we can cherish ever living with an Attitude of Gratitude for what we do have.
