When one takes the time to sit back and look at what is creating the stress and the problems in life it is in most case just over thinking a problem that in fact really isn’t a problem it is that we have chosen to only see or focus on it. Like if there is a person at work that is a problem can you find another place to be away from them or be moved to another office? Perhaps you’re stressing over someones addictions, it is up to the one with this that has to address its let it go. As with so many other things that eat at us creating stress if we simply let go and let god the problem is not yours any more. Learn to let go and let God.
