Starting a day with an Attitude of Gratitude for the small things that add up to the big things, waking up with a choice of what you want in your day and knowing how your day will go simply by your attitude towards it. Thinking its the best day ever and that is how your day goes as with thinking nothing goes right you have now created that into your life. Just for today I will find joy and happiness in my life and that is how I create it and thats how it will be.
