Just for today I will have good heathy thoughts feeding my mind with positive, compassion, loving and kind thoughts, I will not entertain negative thoughts for I have raised the rent on those thoughts. I will not get sucked into the tv or media and their views. I have chosen a better way of life feeling and seeing the abundance that there truly is about us I will have an attitude of gratitude.

Thoughts do become things thinking you have nothing this is what you create as for those who think and grow rich it is the same process they had the thoughts they become rich. Have you ever stopped to ask your self what am I thinking and what are my thoughts? One cannot blame the rich for their problems in life those who worked hard and giving extra time over going out with friends are those who made it, the only different is they had a dream perhaps it was to get a a bonus at work or to get that new car a bigger home for the growing family what ever it was the sparked their passion is what made them who they are today.

Just for today I will do my best in all things I take on be it in work, play or in the home I will do more than needed just because I can, I will be mindful of others feelings as well being supportive to them. I have my best intentions at hand and will do my best and should I fall short I have the second chance coming to me tomorrow, having this second chance is not a way out but a chance to clean up what I may have missed this day, I am strong and doing the best I can for this I am living with and in an Attitude of Gratitude.

Just for today I will get out and enjoy the out doors I will leave my phone behind me as it should not be the center of all I do, I will take time to enjoy the sights that I see I will enjoy the people I meet in my outing. I see a need for a phone but again cannot be chined to it I will take time when talking with others and listen to what they are saying, for into days world as people are communicating they spend time looking at the phone over truly listening to them giving eye contact and true emotions to what they have to say I am going to be kind and courteous with all who I meet this day.

Doing what one loves, time stands still as we are enjoying so much of what we love we find no time lines just bliss and happiness doing what fills our passion. If you truly love what you are doing it isn’t work if you truly enjoy what you do again it isnt work but doing what you love and in most cases this can turn into a great way to make money as you are doing it with love and not chasing the money. Love turns every thing into joy and at time turns into money that you didn’t see coming.

Just for today I choose to be happy just because I can be happy I see the new day that is a gift and gifts make me happy I see the birds going about their business and this makes me happy I know for a fact it is up to me and not an outside source to please me and hang my happiness on. Just for today I will give support and or help either a friend or stranger in some way or other. Not looking for the glory and saying look at what I have done but a heart felt giving of self to help someone, either giving an ear sitting down and having a talk to hear what they have to say even giving a hand in service to the community. I will give time for Time is money and more people are in need of someone just to talk to even opening a door waiting and letting them ahead in a line all adds up.
