Just for today I will take personal inventory of my health my wealth and check on my happiness I find by taking personal inventory of self it keeps me connected to my inner self as will how I am feeling in many ways. If i am feeling stressed then I take a step back to see what is this and if its just me reading into things that are not there its easy to let go and if its my doing then I will stop and do the task or what I am dealing with another way to be stress free. This step helps in many other parts of my life by releasing this stress I increase my health and when feeling healthy I can exercise to help improve my body. With a healthy body I enjoy the good healthy foods and the joy and happiness that follows simple steps to the path of Health, Wealth and Happiness in a well balanced life feeling the gratitude for self care.
