Change your thoughts and habits to change your life.

Just for today I will do a personal inventory of self to keep myself in line with my values, goals and life that I have chosen for my self and when I find patterns that are not serving my best interests I will evaluate and fine tune the thoughts and habits that no longer serve my best interest for the goals and life I have. Checking up on self doing self evaluations that personal inventory of your self worth keeping your awareness going the same as you have in that positive productive way that is working for you, if the drinking and partying are not inline with you time to change your life with a change of thought to have the life you have planned and created for you removing bad habits is not a sign of weakness it in fact a sure sign of strength in self and how you live your life.
