Just for today I will be kind to all I meet and I do not need anyone’s approval to be nice to all I come in contact with and knowing if they have chosen to be unhappy that is fine by me that is their freewill and the choice they have made and what I can do is just to be kind to all I meet, and should this kindness start the ripple effect on others then I have done my best to have a happy wealthy life feeling the health that comes from being …just kind. I find if I am kind and respectful this small east can change someones else day with something as small as a smile, acknowledgement to a kind word ..
