Just for today I will be at my best leaving a smile in my wake as I pass through my day this little ray of light maybe the inspiration that someone needed in their day or even to let them know they hold value in life this trail of light we leave can cross may of the thresholds of daily life a kind work a friendly hug these are at no cost but hall the greatest value to souls as we go through this day. Sometimes it can be the little things that give off the most light liken the moon it reflects the light of the sun that has been turned away this small moon gives great light where needed as our small smile can hold a bright light to brighten the soul.

Just for today I will feel the energy within as well the energy that is in me and around me through my actions thoughts that create my world and all that is around me for I have energy to turn into vibration to create. The may sound at first blush very deep but it is simple thinking creates things you can Be Do or Have anything you want all by thought creating that plan of action to go after what you seek and what for ever you seek is seeking you though vibration of your thoughts for instance wanting a coffee you first think you want one then take action to get a coffee either buying at a shop or making one in home of office it was that easy a thought gave you the coffee you were seeking as too the coffee was waiting for someone to create it for drink, once you master the little creating the bigger ones get even easier so stop and think to day.

Just for today I will learn something new I will throw caution to the wind and try new things even things I was told that I could not do or be if I am as a person that was told you cannot cook them I shall learn to cook too often society has told us men do men things and ladies do lady things then I ask why cannot a lady work on cars trucks, weld or do the “blue” jobs as too why cannot men do hose cleaning look after children of what is labeled “pink” jobs ? We are all equal we can do either pink or blue “jobs’ or thing’s today stand out to your self and do what you like to do and forget the label of the pink & blue you have the freedom to choose what you like to do in work home and play and true some things are left alone on the male female rolls of life for there is things that only males can do as things only women can do and too be open to sharing rolls in life as we go through life but not in competition be open and kind to all for we are all the same in may parts of life yet somethings are blue or pink.
