Learn to be good with self knowing your job a master of it . Some leaders like myself  were behind the people pushing them faster then they could manage,I have seen ad learned my self this does not work. I Now have the torch in hand and lead the way as a Master not a Puppet, to those who can keep up they are the ones I can encourage to be at the top of there game intern letting them become a Master taking the light to be a guide to all that want to follow. We can only help the ones who truly want help and guidance. Sadly we have to take the lead and encourage the willing. This Keeps the Successful ~ Successful.
