Creating wealth and riches is liken to water flowing to the sea. At first this seems a slow process. Remember you are the sea to which your life and all things flow into, this is also the same with money  you have to start thinking smart with putting 10% or more away to grow and the snow on the top of the mountains  you can see lots of the snow and it seems out of reach to more of us  but with a good financial plan you can create great wealth, as when the snow is melting it has but one goal of its own returning to source the sea.
