Let go let God we only have control of our feeling not what goes on around us yet we can walk away from what does not serve us or keeps us empowered, be true to self don’t let the little things got out of hand remember you are not a rock you can get up and move into a safe environment love your self and your world take a step back from the worldly you are greater and smarter than you have been lead to believe.
