Just for today day I will aline my self with love and compassion from this my day will be filled with joy for I have created this with my love of life and the world in which we live in I will be at my best being kind and courteous and giving compliments in a positive way to empower those around me. With this I am in harmony with the abundance of life and all there is in the world for us, and all one needs to do is be loving and caring. I only have to do this today for yesterday has passed and tomorrow is in wait for me.
