Just for today I will spend time to learn and empower my mind with this empowerment it gives me greater knowledge to what is around me and happing around in my world I do this for a smart and more enlightened self not to be greater than but for self awareness. With the added knowledge I master it gives me more insight and knowledge to world evens being able to join in a wilder range of conversations, empower the mind, body and spirit are my daily exercises to my self to be a better person in my community.
