Just for today I will have the enthusiasm of a young child on Christmas morning bubbling with excitement of what is to come for them. I know happiness this day can and will come into my life, I understand and know life is not always sun shine and rainbows there comes to dark moments of unpleasantness. With this knowledge I can over come anything that comes into my life feeding my Attitude of Gratitude with smile and loving of my world and all that is in it, I Am the creator of my own Happiness or sadness today I choose Happiness.
