Just for today I will be out at my best not to be better than anyone one but self planting seed of wisdom faith, love and healing where I can to those who are seeking this from me I will learn one thing new to have this seed on wisdom grow into ways to help others I will give smiles freely to all. Being at my best this day knowing that I my not see results today yet in time the benefits will shine, all we need to be and do is our personal best and thats All we need to just do better for self and this will flow out to others to see and feel our energy attracting more like minded people into our lives, the ripple effect our splash into our self creates ripples that flow out giving a positive impact reaching out over space time and though out our world and this all starts from planting a seed in the mind.
