Just for today I will have no fears of things that are not in my life if I fear being late for work then to over come this fear then I will get up a few minutes earlier to be on time as with if I have a fear of animals I will see and learn what my fear is and if it is valid for most of our fears come from thoughts for if we know that thoughts give fears then we can control fears and understand the difference between fear and danger. For danger is a clear thought seeing or having to act in a way as not to be hurt or placed in harms way and our gift is knowing fears are from thoughts and danger is a to be respected and taken note of to be safe. I well be out to enjoy life and have fun enjoying the health the wealth of life creating by happiness.
