Just for today I will be aware of my thoughts as to keep healthy, happy and enriched thoughts active through out this day and too knowing there can be and will be negative things and thoughts come in yet I do not have to dwell on them I can find ways to simply change my thoughts to change my life. All too often people just go with the flow of life not holding onto their personal values by lettings someones outburst affect the good day you are having if possible take a step back or remove your self to keep your vibration in that healthy thought you want to hold onto.
