Just for today day I will be mindful of my thoughts knowing I live in heaven and the only hell is in my thoughts now should I let my thoughts control me I am going through hell to come back to heaven I must change my thoughts to change my life for we all live in an abundant world filled with all we will ever need. For there is always more than enough to go around for all the earth is magical fo it holds the All we have needs for there is food water and fresh air learn to enjoy whats in hand over the thought of one dayI will control learn to control the mind first.
