Just for today I do know no matter how I feel be it in a crowd or sitting by myself I know that I am not alone for the hole universe is with me and in me for we are all connected in many ways other than being close to each other like water it covers the earth some places cut off from other water sources yet it too is connected by evaporation to return to the seas and oceans. Adding to this we are selves are water and the mind is 75% water making us all one with the source the oneness of the universe connected to the All in the All of All so smile you are not alone but part of a greater source energy.
