Just for today I will be mindful of my thoughts for if I think I am having a bad day I will stop and look at my actions and how I have been reacting to whats going on around me then to improve my day I will change the people places and things that I think are the problem to my day now knowing its my thinking that has brought it about. Too often we react without thinking or stepping back to see whats going on around us and falling into the drama that is about when one stops to think and see clearly we see there really wasn’t a problem it was how we reacted and thought about what was going on we need to stop and change out thoughts to change our life.
