Just for today I will take time to process and reflect on my goals and dreams to see that I am on track by quieting the mind to create more intuitions of the creations I will need to achieve all that I have sei my sights on meditation is a wonderful building tool to have in the toolbox of life with the other tools we carry for our abundant life. Having compassion in life for your dreams and goals is not selfish for you are not holding back from others but building a better world for All.
