Just for today get up and smile with a sparkle in your eye a bounce in your step shoulders back chin up doing more than asked being the best you can be not as to show off but to show your pride in self and all that you are doing and do leaving nothing but your tracks and nothing for others to have to pick up or clean up after you, for the only mark left should be one of wonder of what a good person and good work you do behind.
