As one goes through there day there can be many things to upset your day. One trick I use is say to my self “In a 100 years from now no one will know or care. You can find may that may work for your self to get you though this. HALT Hungry, Angry, Lonely and Tired when you find your self irritated it could be that you are hungry “H” angry what has angered you is it a person .place or thing “A” perhaps you are feeling lonely this can be heart felt if you are working and are unable to talk to friends or family “L” and then there are times when you may be just tired if you can get a cat nap in, rest or a time out “T” use this word to see if the you can over come the down feelings and remember to always Smile!
